MA Theatre Education, Artistic and Education Director

Elise is the Artistic and Education Director for BG OnStage. She is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College in New York City with a BA in Theatre Arts and a concentration in Performance Art. Elise received a Masters of Theatre Education at Emerson College in Boston. Elise provides private lessons in acting and audition technique, and several of her students have been accepted into GSA and competitive college programs. She continues her theater education by attending an annual workshop in New York City. She has graced the stage in The Miracle Worker (Anne Sullivan), Grease (Sandy) and Little Women (Jo). TV/Film work: Law & Order: SVU, CSI: NY, The Avengers, The Amazing Spiderman. Past instructor and director of plays, musicals, workshops and camps for BG OnStage.



BA Music, Director of Music 

Molly is the Director of Music for BG OnStage. She is a Western Kentucky University graduate with a BA in Music. Molly offers private voice lessons for students ages 9 to adult, and assists with GSA audition prep, direct classes, workshops and music theater at BG OnStage. She will be the Assistant Music Director for the summer musical, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. She has received honors/awards including: being chosen to attend vocal study abroad program with the National Opera Singers Association, New York; Performer of the Semester, WKU Music Department; recipient of the GSA Scholarship at WKU; attended Governor School of the Arts; and graced the stage as a “Ruth” in WKU’s production of Pirates of Penzance.


Saxophone, Piano, Guitar, & General Music Instructor

Ashleigh has earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Western Kentucky University. She is a member of several ensembles including the Big Red Marching Band, Basketball Band, Concert Band, and Jazz band. Ashleigh has played in several pit orchestras in her hometown of Columbia, MD for such shows as Legally Blonde The Musical, The Wiz and Shrek The Musical. Ashleigh enjoys learning any instrument she can get her hands on, and thus has a passion of teaching instruments in hopes of sharing that same joy with her students. Her primary instrument is saxophone, but she also plays piano along with many other instruments. Ashleigh offers lessons in Saxophone, Clarinet, Piano, Guitar, Trumpet, Trombone and Flute.


Stage Manager

We are delighted to have Goodman Johnson, a sophomore at WKU help BG OnStage as a stage manager. So far, Goodman has served in the productions of the BFG, J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit, Magic Tree House and Stuart Little.


MC for Friday Cabaret Nights

Mr. Vaughan is a student at Bowling Green High School and has won numerous speech awards and performed in Grease, Sweeney Todd and numerous plays and musicals. Cole is an accomplished actor, singer and performer and we are so very proud to have him as our MC for Cabaret Nights!


Stage Manager, Assistant Director, Event Coordinator

Maria Iannuzzi is the stage manager for BG OnStage’s musical Sweeney Todd. Maria has worked with BG OnStage for many years as a Stage Manager, Assistant Director, and Camp Counselor. Maria enjoys instructing young people in theater and organizing events for BG OnStage. At present she is a university student where she double- majors in Design Art Technology and Digital Art. She has graced the stage in plays including The Jungle Book, High School Musical, Secret Life of Girls and Ramona Quimby. We welcome Maria at BG OnStage and in particular her abilities in directing and leadership!
